All guests registering must be at least 18 years of age and prevent valid ID upon check-in. Rates do not include tax.

Check-in Begins at 1:30pm. A credit/debit card and photo ID will be required at the time of check-in. Check-out Is at 11am or before. A $25.00 charge will incur per hour after 11am. A full day will be charged for any room that has not checked out by 1:00pm. Refunds are not permitted for guests who check-out early.
Our reservation policy requires a 30% deposit charged for anyone who makes a reservation by contacting us directly or walking in. The balance will be charged when the cancellation policy is up. Preceding that, the reservation is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made 72-hours prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations within the 72-hour window will be charged the first night of their reservation plus taxes. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No shows will also be charged in full. CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO NON-REFUNDABLE RATES.
We are pet-friendly! Guests are permitted to have ONE dog (small breed only that is less than 50lbs). A non-refundable $15 dollar charge per night. Cats are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed in rooms unattended and must be on a leash at all when outside of the guest room. Guests are responsible for cleaning up their dog’s poop and disposing of it properly in a exterior property trash can. Otherwise, it will be returned to them. We have 24/7 security cameras. A $50 dollar charge will incur for guests who sneak their dog in without paying and/or if we discover two or more dogs are in the room.
Damage to the room and/or excessive cleaning from a Guest's stay required will be charged to their credit card at our cost plus $50 per hour.
All rooms are non-smoking. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be applied for smoking in your room. It is prohibited to smoke within 25 feet of any motel room.
Parking is free of charge for one vehicle. Charges may apply for additional vehicles with boat trailers during certain times of the year.
Any missing items from the motel room will be charged to your credit card. Minimum charge is $25.
