PROPERTY RULES
1. Please always practice social distancing (6-feet) indoors and outdoors. Masks are required to be worn when visiting the front office or checking in.
2. Speed limit in the RV Park is 5 mph for the safety of all. Please watch for children and pets.
3. Children playing out of your space should be always supervised by an adult. Bicycles helmets are required to wear while riding on the premises. At no time may children (under the age of 18) be left in the park unattended. Minors are not allowed to walk dogs alone; they must be accompanied by an adult. Playing in the street is not permitted. Parents are financially responsible for any damages incurred by their children.
4. The swimming pool is opened from June through September. Pool hours are 11am to 7pm. There are no lifeguards at and swimmers swim at their own risk. Children under the age of 14 must be always supervised in the pool area: No Exceptions.
4. Never leave any fires unattended! Fires must be extinguished completely if left alone for any amount of time. Please only use the designated fire pits. If you are unsure as to where those are located, please ask someone in the office. Note that campfires may be completely restricted during the mid-summer months when the fire danger is high (check with the office if you are not sure). Fires must never be higher than 1 1/2 feet and they are for firewood ONLY. Do not burn food scraps, cigarette butts, plastic, aluminum cans, bread ties, etc. If you are unsure about whether something is okay to burn, you shouldn't have a fire. Enjoy your neighbors from afar instead.
5. All dogs must be always on leashes. They can be walked any place in the park; but must be cleaned up after. If they poop, you scoop. Please note there is a specific motel policy and RV policy for dogs.
6. Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 8:00am. Dog barking also falls under quiet hour parameters.
7. Please clean up all your fish bits at the fish cleaning station. Please do not just throw the shells and guts directly into the dumpster. They are to be lease seal bag tightly or wrapped in newspaper prior to being disposed. This cuts down on the smell and flies at the dumpster before garbage pickup day.
8. The dumpster for guests is near the Restroom/Laundry building. Please place all trash, bottles, cans, cigarette butts, food wrappers etc. in the dumpster. Littering or leaving trash bags outside of your room or RV overnight is prohibited.
9. Please clean up all fish bits and carcasses in before placing in your own plastic bags at the fish station. Bags need to be sealed tightly. Do not throw the shells and guts directly into the dumpster. This cuts down on the smell and flies at the dumpster before garbage pickup day.
10. Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet from any building and all motel rooms are non-smoking. Please use proper receptacles when extinguishing cigarettes. There are propane tanks on every RV.
12. Please respect the privacy of fellow guests - Do NOT walk through, drive through nor let your dog go to the bathroom on another's site.
13. Coin operated laundry is available for Tenants and Registered Guests of Tenants. Hours of laundry are from 9:00AM – 9:00PM daily. ALL CLOTHES MUST BE OUT OF THE LAUNDRY ROOM BY 9:00PM sharp. The door to the laundry room will be locked. Any clothes left in a dryer or washer after 9:00PM are subject to being left in the machine overnight (you will not have access until 9:00AM the following morning), put outside on the grass for you to pick up (wet ones too) or donated to charity. Damages to washers or dryers due to negligence (i.e., too large of load, washing clothes containing rocks/sand, washing sleeping bags, dog bedding or blankets, etc.) will result in fine/cost of repairs. Tampering with or damaging any machine including the change machine will result in the criminal charges be pressed to the full extent of the law.
14. All propane tanks must be in good condition with a current certification. Horizontal tanks are prohibited in the park except for several that have been grandfathered in as of January 1, 2021. Placement of propane tanks must be out of harm’s way (i.e., off to the side or at the rear of RV). Propane is available for sale to the public seven days a week. Operating hours are typically 9:30am to 5:00pm depending on the season. Propane will not be filled for anyone during non-selling hours. You are responsible for transporting your propane tank to and from your RV space. Please inform management if you need assistance transporting your propane tank due to an injury or other health related issue.
